the staff was indeed very friendly from check in to breakfast. they also took good care of our bags when we left and waited for pickup. the breakfast was extensive too, lots of choices.
the air conditioning unit was not functional in the room i stayed. i requested for someone to check it, but it remained broken after inspection. the window was opened onto a busy street due to the ac issue. this made it difficult to sleep well at night.

The blinking glass in the bathroom wall was interesting. I also liked the powerful hair dryer.
The hotel charged me for a club room, but the club lounge access was closed. They stated it had been closed for over a year. i found this unacceptable and expected a partial refund, refused.
